Grab Life by the (dodge)balls

After weeks of planning, our school dodgeball tournement happened last weekend. Our team, after some slight difficulties, finally pulled through. Alyssa Berry, one of our two girls, exclaimed that she had to work, and couldn't attend. At the last minute, we found a replacement! Maggie Zoeller decided that she wanted to play with us, and really helped the team. Although we didn't go very far in the tournement, it was still a fun time! Unfortunately, the next couple days leave me really sore, and I'm not really a fan... It hurts to laugh

NCAA bracket

Filling out a bracket, its what all guys do before March Maddness. I, unfortunately didn't have the best picks... First of all, i had Pittsburg going on for a while. Next, I had Notre Dame, who lost yesterday, going to the Finals. I guess that I'm not alone here for making the wrong choices, because everybody else seems to be having the same problems. I spent 5 dollars on this bracket, trying to make a few extra bucks, but I'm nearly positive that I'm not going to win this anymore. I guess, who knows, anything is possible

End of Ski Racing

The skiing season of 2010-2011 is unfortunately coming to an end in Wisconsin. This year, my first year for competitive downhill skiing, was definately a sucessful one. Our team, Oconomowoc JV boys, was a team composed of 6 people. All  of us, this was our first year for highschool skiing. Talk about a great success! The season was a great time full of many laughs, and a lot of hardwork. Several times a weeek, we would meet up at the hill and race, or simply practice. Our season was an overall fantastic time, and i can't wait for next year's season!

Wizzy K

A few weeks ago, Hip-Hop/ Rap artist Wiz Khalifa performed in Millwaukee. He performed at The Eagles Club, also known as The Rave. His poerformence was exceptional. With his popular hits, Black and Yellow, and This Plane, he really gave the crowd what they payed for. I, also was in the crowd of people, and it was definately worth it. It was crowded beyond belief in there, and i honestly don't think they could have fit another person in there. Lots of parafanalia, including T-shirts and towels with his slogan "Taylor Gang or Die" (reguarding his fans, not gang-affiliated) was all over the place. His show was outstanding, and well worth the money.

Eminem

Some call him the king of Rap. Marshall Mathers, more commonly known by his street name Eminem, is back in the music game. His most recent C.D. called "Recovery" explains often times how he was sorry about his previous mistakes. After years of being addicted to sleeping pills such as Vallium, Mathers is finally drug-free. From Recovery, his most sucessful songs include "Not Afraid" and "Love the way you Lie" feat. Rihanna.

Also, Eminem is finally going to start touring once again. After years of remaining dorment, Eminem will finally be performing at one of the world's largest music festivals, Bonnaroo. He, along with others will hopefully dominate the concert, and put on an enjoyable show for everyone

Code Red!

In the midst of class on March 17, 2011, something was announced that struck fear into the students school-wide.... "CODE RED, CODE RED" was announced over the loudspeaker, and everybody's stomach instantly dropped. Some kids cried, others felt sick, and others even contimplated jumping out of the window. As we all sat around in an avid panic, we were pleased to realize that it was simply a drill, and that there wasn't really a dangerous person inside our school..

                    Look at this piece of art. Only a true artist would be able to come up with something like that. This, with out a doubt, is on the same level as the greats like Da Vinci, or Picasso. The artist, however, decides to remain undercover, believeing this could potentionally bring him/her an unbelievable amount of sucess. The unknown artist, has constructed other brilliant works of art, once again trying to remain mysterious, to hid their success.
